Loch Fyne “Light Smoked Salmon” - Smoked for 12 hours using a mixture of

ground cover plants, cherry and oak.

 

Loch Fyne “Braden Orach” – Traditionally smoked salmon smoked for 24 hours

 

Loch Fyne “Gravadlax” - Dry marinated salmon in dill

 

Loch Fyne “Braden Rost” - Cold smoked for a minimum of 12 hours then kiln

roasted for 4 hours

 

Loch Fyne “Marinated Smoked Salmon” - Marinated in “Glengoyne Malt Whiskey”

and cold smoked for 10 hours

 

Above served with brown bread Dill Mustard and Hollandaise
